[1] First You must change Windows Explorer function to be able to rename the extension of filename.
1.1 Go to My Computer
1.2 Click on menu as follow:
Tools > Folder Option > View
1.3 Scroll down and deselect the menu Hide extension for known file types (See from picture) and Press OK
[2] Now open Internet Explorer and goto http://www.youtube.com and watch video you want to download.
For example I like to save this IronMan movie trailer:

[3] All you have to do is watch video until finished, and then click replay button. You will that there is no loading the second time video is playing. Its because the file is save on you harddisk already.
[4] IMPORTANT! You must watch video until it is finished or you may not never found it.
[5] Click on Internet explorer top menu and select:
Tools > Internet Option > Settings > View File
Temporary folder will open in new window. This new windows contain all data of website you have visited recently. Your YouTube video is also save inside this folder too.
Some advice to find correct video file...
** File name and extension may be rename to very wired title.
** The file we looking is video so it must be large size.
** Pay attention at Internet Address tab it will tell whice website that file was save from. Keep looking for file from youtube.com.
[6] One best shotcut by click at Size tab. This will rearrange all file by its size. Your job here is looking for those large file size only. In my case, I found some very interestring long file name, It's title get_video[1].10&ipbits.. size 4.2MB and save from youtube.com!

You can notice some wired thing because it's has very long name with no extension. I have notice you before the file name and extension probably has been renamed.
[7] Right click on the file and select copy and paste to your desktop.
[8] Next we will rename the file and give its extension back. Select that file and press F2 on keyboard and type IRONMAN.FLV and hit ENTER key.
[9] You are done. Try open video with any FLV player program. :)
