How to
download

(1) Open Internet Explorer and watch your favorite video you want to download at http://www.56.com
For example I choose to download this video:
http://www.56.com/u75/v_MzM0Nzg2MDg.html
(2) Watch till movie finished, then hit replay button to watch movie clip again. You will see that the second time you watch the same clip it has no delay at all. This happen because the file already save inside your computer.
(3) WARNING! You must watch video until it finished or else you may not never found it.
(4) Go to Internet explorer menu and select:
Tools > Internet Option > Settings > View File
It will open Temporary folder windows. All data of websites you have visited are save inside this folder. Now look for movie clip file here.
Here is HINT for your 56.com video file.
** Most movie file are it must be large size. (usually more than 1000KB)
** Look at Internet Address tab it will show where the file are from so keep your eye open and look for file from www.56.com.
(5) One easy way to find it by click on Size tab it will arrange size of file automatic. Now scrool down and keep attention on large size file only. In my case, I found some interesring file, here it's name ourbaby@56.com_56flv_120904493354.flv size 6220KB and save from 56.com!

If you have watched many movie before then check the Last Accessed tab. It will tell you the latest video it just downloaded. So it won't hard to find latest video you just watched.
(6) Right click on the file and select copy. You can paste it to desktop or somewhere else.
(7) Play the file with any FLV player.
